Queue for Polling in TN 6.5

Hi All,

I need help in implementing queue for polling in TN 6.5.

:confused:
1. How to access the internal queue ?
2. What is the procedure to be followed to poll documents in queue ?

I am getting status as "POLLABLE" in the transaction analysis window.
