WSG 6.1 / IS 6.1 EnterpriseOne 8.12

I discovered this forum a couple of weeks ago and it already helped me with two issues that I had, just by browsing and searching the threads. Great forum - this is my first post. I tried to post something in a different forum here and keep getting error messages. So let's see if this post gets through.

We are using WSG 6.1 and IS 6.1 on a Windows 2000 Server in conjunction with EnterpriseOne E8.12 from JDEdwards/Peoplesoft/Oracle on an IBM i-series/AS400.

WSG is WebServicesGateway - it is part of the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 8.96 Toolset. We used it with wM Developer 6.1.

I still can't post. Everytime I try to post a thread in the Flow Service area I get the following error:

Precondition Failed

The precondition on the request for the URL /forum/newthread.php evaluated to false.

Any suggestions?
