Create Target error

Hi,
I am in XRegistry, Admin\Runtime\Tragets\Create Target. I have entered for Listening URLs:
http://localhost:8888/${contract.name}

When I click the Create button, I got the error message:
Please specify a valid Litening Url

8888 is defined in http_binding.xml and I am able to connect to http://localhost:8888

Any idea of what I did wrong? I started X-Registry before I started X-Broker. Should I reverse the sequence?

Please advise.
