Im very new to webmethods.
nw i hav a requirment to retrieve one wsdl file from infravio x-regisry.
So plz explain hw to do it?

OK, so this isn't a real assignment, you have had no training and apparently have not read any of the documentation or completed any tutorials? Does that about cover it?
I recommend that you:
Read one or more good books on basic web services and SOA. Thomas Erl's "SOA Concepts (http://www.amazon.com/Service-Oriented-Architecture-SOA-Technology-Computing/dp/0131858580/ref=pd_bxgy_b_text_b/102-5510233-4549707)" and his latest title "Principles of Service Design (http://www.amazon.com/Principles-Service-Prentice-Service-Oriented-Computing/dp/0132344823/ref=sr_1_2/102-5510233-4549707?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1187097313&sr=1-2)" are both very helpful. It's always important to understand the "why" before understanding the "how".
Read the docs and work the examples provided with X-Registry. That should cover the very basic "how to" question you asked about.Mark
