can u plz tell me on what framework Broker has been implemented.

What do you mean by "framework?"

The Broker itself is implemented in C. There are various libraries provided in different languages to interact with the Broker, including C/C++, VB (I think) and of course Java. The Broker also exposes a JMS interface.
