Optimize for infrastructure 7.1.1 - Getting shutdown

Hi,

I am using wM7.1.1 envornment. I am trying to use the optimize for infrastructure to monitor the components . After 20/30 minutes it is getting shutdown automatically. It is not giving any error also. I tried to install on some other machine also same condition. Is there any patch or settings available to fix the problem. Also i tried to change the port no and tried same condition persists.

Looks like no one replied to the first post (from Gopinath) in this series - but the log and timing are strong indicators of a license key issue.

As to the second post (from Aishvarya), I've run into this before when the files in my Infra\audit\data directory got corrupt. To fix it, I moved the AuditStore.dat and AuditStore.log files out of the data directory and restarted.

The error I received was just a little different from the one listed here, though, so use this possible solution with caution. Move the files to a safe place and then move them right back if this doesn't work.

I have tried removing those files from Infra\audit\data directory and restarting the server again, but it dint help me!

any other solutions.??

You can try with -safeboot Option in the command Option.

hi,

Running of discovery takes a long time in Analytics--> Monitored Components --> Discovery.

The assets have been added using "Add Assets".
While tryin to run discovery using the green arrow on the right hand side, it seems to be takin a long time and ultimately gets disabled.
One is unable to even run it again or even delete it.

Can smbdy suggest, wt is it thts going wrong in wt i am doing?

I have also faced the same problem. Just refresh the Browser, it will be work fine.

do you have the same problem evry time you open MWS and discover the components ??
Did you try in browsers other than the one you are getting this problem .Becz i used to get the same problem and the only resolution to this one is closing the browser(becz refresh every thing won't work)

yes, this problem persists even after i have reopned the browser again, and hv also tried restarin MWS again; but it doesnt help.
Its been days now, and no amount of refreshing, reopening browser is helping.
Moreover, i cannot even delete it.

Ever come across smthin like this?
