We are currently looking at building an archiving capability to our Business Connector for all of our inbound and outbound XMLs. We have looked into tapping to our separate Oracle Database to dump or archive these documents. Is that good enough intial assumption? How do I do the connection and archiving to Oracle Database?

Are you using Trading Networks? TN's "universal inbox" concept makes it easy to log your file transfers. It can be set up to log to Oracle.

Hi Skip,
We do not use Trading Networks in our transactional data exchange (XML), the requirement on my project is to be able to get the raw Invoice XML from the Business Connector and archive these raw Invoice XML for 7 years in an oracle database. I am looking at Business Connector documentation but unfortunately i cannot find one that could help me build my archive service and incorporate it in my exisitng Invoice service.
