High Availability environment for our WM B2B server

We are looking at building an HA environment for our WM B2B server and TN. Initially, it looks like we will have two instances of the b2b server and two instances of TN with a load balance. We are also looking having this environment at RAID 3. Does anyone currently run the b2b server in an HA environment? If so, any suggested architecture?
