Worflow server not starting

Hi,
I started workflow server in windows through services panel. The server is showing status started but when i open the client and try to connect its says server may not be active..waiting for release notes.
Can anybody help me .

Hello ,
did u find the solution for this. i am also getting the error saying
"server may not be active.waiting to refresh README.txt from:localhost"
i tried all the options mentioned here in this forum and as well as advantage site. no solution.

can any body help me on this problem.
