SAP connection

Hi,
I am using SAP4.6 adapter to connect to SAP instance. When I am tring to test the connection under "target system information" I am not getting Login Complete as Y. Can somebody throw some light.

Analysing the SAP adapter log and the dev_rfc.trc should help in this.
