Unable to set private key and certificate chain

When I look into the server log, there are so many exception such as:
Unable to set private key and certificate chain - com.wm.app.b2b.server.ServiceException [ISS.0086.9121] Certificate file not found: D:\...\xxx.der .

but it seems that the IS server works. what happened and how to fix this issue?

the platform information:
Windows 2000 Server, IS 6.1, RosettaNet 6.1, TradingNetworks.

Check the path you have given in your certificates page.
try to give config\xxx.der and if that does not work give a specific path where your certificates reside.
