Hi,
I am receiving item list in an Recordlist1.
When I assign it's values to another recordlist2, Its values don't appear in recordlist2.
What should be the reason.

There could be many reasons ... you need to give more information, especially about how are you `assigning' the data from one recordlist to another.
It sounds as though you need to read the documentation on mapping or using flow List utilities and experiment a little.

Thanks for showing interest.
I had tried different ways to assign recordset1 values to another recordset values. I am using MAP to do that.
Do I need to use LOOP?
