The old monitor pre-6.5 is gone in the latest 6.5 release. It has been replaced by my webMethods Server. This was released about a week ago. You should see it as part of your download now. It actually installs a scaled down version of the portal product to give you access to monitor views.

Ravi,
The my webMethods Server is a separate install and server process. If you download it via the webMethods Installer and install, it will prompt you to configure the packaged portal server. Once you have it installed it, you can connect via http://yourhost:8080/ . It does not run inside the Integration Server JVM.

Hi Mark,
I installed my webmethods server as follows
1)through installer i selected the my WMServer and monitor and related to that.
in the following folder
(home)webmethods[ex:c:\webmethods]
2)i hope it is not compulsory to restart but any way i did that.
3)and i followed same steps what you specified before

Even though there is no response form my monitor.still i made any mistake or i have to follow any other extra steps

Thank you very much,
Sincerely
Ravi

Ravi,
The portal install should have brought up an installation screen where you configure the database and server listening port for the portal. The portal then attempts to start after that configuration. You will see whether it was successful or not via the installation screen. Check the 6.5 install guide on advantage (the latest one) which has the instructions for configuring the my webMethods Server.
