Hello;

I am glad to be part of the WebMethods forum. I joined specifically to become more knowledgeable with WebMethods in general. I have a lot of experience with development and SOA type development. I am very interested in learning more about WebMethods and it tools and I am hoping this forum will help me do so.

I had an immediate question regarding WebMethods. Typically I use a lot of Open Source tools, which makes is quite easy to become familiar with industry practice. I was wondering if WebMethods allows for the downloading of their software to become more familiar with it?

Regards
Peter

Hi Peter,

I've found this forum very helpful and there are many experienced webMethods users here.

Unfortunately, you will not be able to get any webMethods product unless you are a client or a partner. You'll also see references to the advantage.webmethods.com site where you can download software and documentation. BUT it is restricted to webMethods customers and partners only.

You can probably gain a lot of knowledge just by surfing through these forums.
