Cannot stop flow service

Hi, I'm a bit new to all of this.

I have a service running in webMethods that does not want to stop.

I have tried re-starting the IS but the service is STILL going.

Any suggestions

hi,
I think may be it is a start up service and the service may be in infinate loop bcoz of any loop.First remove that service as startup service.
