PRT is updating the wrong model!

When I submit an EDI document, the PRT is updating the wrong model! The new model I have created does not even get used! What am I doing wrong? Any ideas?

I have TN processing rules changed to invoke the right service.

The model should start if the correct TN document has been subscribed.
Can you check the process keys of both the models?

You should not have processing rule for triggering the process model. All that required is, your model's first step should subscribe to the appropriate TN Document.
