how to create RN pips doctype TPA ?

Hi,all,
we know when we create rn pips docType by Pip Builder, its TPA will be created automatically.Unfortunately, the TPA of 3A7 is deleted by mistake, so how should I re-create the TPA ?Can 3A7 doctype be deleted and then
re-create it by Pip Builder ?

Its better to recreate the doctype/TPA using PIPbuilder as a standard way.
