daily status report on the number of outbound idocs

I got the following requirement rom the user

Need to have a daily status report on the number of outbound idocs that are:
* Fed to WebMethods from SCORE
* Processed through WebMethods
* Fed to the Van
Report needs to identify passed/failed with the IDOC # and vendor order address, date

Pls suggest me the approach
