Problem in MWS

While selecting the option System-Wide->Environments->Define Environments it shows the error

[POP.012.9002.wm_cen_config_home] Web Service Endpoint URL is Malformed: com.webmethods.ccs.common.ConfigurationException: Error retrieving configuration environment status


Also when selecting the option System-wide->Environments->Database Pool Configuration it shows the error

Failed to evaluate binding expression: "#{PoolConfigViewPage.tableContent}

Failed to evaluate binding expression: "#{PoolConfigViewPage.tableContent}


Kindly help me out.
