DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT Hands on design and development software applications/systems and projects Lead team analysis of business requirements Provide translation of business requirements into object oriented systems design. Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: BS or BA degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience 10 years of software engineering experience in development and production arenas for complex, enterprise wide applications 3 year(s) object oriented programming experience Experience with object oriented design methodologies Proven abilities to apply and enhance software development and design methodologies Web technology knowledge 4 years WebMethods experience (experience with related products will be considered) 1 year Java experience 3 years XML experience REQUIRED SKILLS: Organization and Analytical Skills Self motivated and directed Problem identification and resolution abilities Detail Oriented Ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience Productive and efficient time Management.
